在高端居所的语境中，我们试图打破“高端=精致束缚”的传统认知，在这里，“高级”不再是刻板的标签，而是一个融合了舒适与自由的空间——如同云朵般舒展的穹顶，给予人怀抱般温馨的沙发，以及如自然呼吸般流畅的光影......本案以「去刻意化」设计逻辑为核心，让“舒适、自由、随性”成为高端生活的底色，重构“放松即奢侈”的居住哲学，为高端居住体验赋予全新的内涵和价值。

In the context of high-end residences, we seek to break the traditional perception that "high-end = exquisite constraints." Here, "high-end" is no longer a rigid label, but a space that blends comfort and freedom—a dome as expansive as a cloud, a sofa as warm as an embrace, and light and shadow as smooth as natural breathing... This project, centered on the design logic of "de-deliberateness," makes "comfort, freedom, and spontaneity" the foundation of high-end living, reconstructing the living philosophy of "relaxation is luxury" and infusing new connotations and value to the high-end living experience.

地址：中海|峯·叁號院

面积/风格：235㎡/现代极简

楼盘定位：

中海|峯·叁號院，匠筑隐贵孤品的豪宅府邸，师法安缦酒店的营造理念，实现“让自然生长于建筑之中，让建筑融合于自然之谧”的追求和理想。每座城市只有一座藏峰系，每座藏峰系只定制不复制，共鸣土地臻意，定义独属于中海的新奢主义生活。

This room is based on "comfort as the bone, white as the coherence, and casual as the soul", and the core of high reading life is newly defined: when space is no longer a container of rules, but a carrier of physical and mental comfort; When design is no longer a pile of symbols, but an extension of a sense of relaxation - this is the answer to the contemporary top, the network of human settlements: make relaxation a daily routine, no need to meet the rules, just talk about yourself.

原始户型 Original layout：

本案为一套235㎡大平层，整体户型较为方正，无大缺角，功能分区明确，客餐厅宽敞开阔，大面落地窗，光线视野极佳，静区空间利用不高，以下几方面可优化：

1. 北面2个卧室空间较为狭小，空间利用率不高。

2. 南主卧门开在东侧，使客厅背景墙不够连贯整体，且入户见门私密性不够；原预留床头电源位在西墙，背靠卫生间会有噪音；入户大面积衣帽间隔断墙显拥堵不开阔。

3.南次卧卫生间门开口在南侧，影响做整墙柜体收纳。

This apartment is a 235-square-meter flat with a relatively square layout, no major corners, and clear functional areas. The living and dining rooms are spacious and open, with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent light and views. However, the quiet area is underutilized, and the following areas could be improved:

1.The two north-facing bedrooms are relatively cramped, resulting in low space utilization.

2.The south master bedroom door opens on the east side, making the living room's background wall less cohesive and lacking privacy upon entering. The original bedside power supply was located on the west wall, facing the bathroom and creating noise. The large walk-in closet partition at the entrance felt congested and confined.

3.The bathroom door to the south-facing secondary bedroom opens on the south side, hindering the installation of wall-to-wall cabinets for storage.

搭配后户型 After matching：

1.拆除北面两次卧室之间隔墙，扩展为卧室+书房的大空间布局，整面墙可做收纳。

2.南主卧调整卧室门到北墙，进门位置拆除衣帽间隔墙，扩大空间，做L型开敞式衣帽间；床头电源位置调整到东墙避免床头冲卫生间噪音影响，同时入户做隔断式柜子增加私密性及收纳。

3.南次卧调整南侧卫生间门到西侧，南侧墙可做整墙收纳，整个空间更宽敞连贯。

1.The partition wall between the two north bedrooms was removed, creating a large bedroom + study layout, with the entire wall dedicated to storage.

2. In the south-facing master bedroom, the bedroom door was relocated to the north wall. The walk-in closet partition at the entrance was removed to expand the space and create an L-shaped open-plan walk-in closet. The bedside power supply was relocated to the east wall to avoid noise from the bathroom. A partitioned cabinet was installed at the entrance to increase privacy and storage.

3. In the south-facing secondary bedroom, the south bathroom door was relocated to the west, allowing the entire south wall to be used for storage, creating a more spacious and coherent space.

空间形态：流动的自由场域 

摒弃直角的“规训”，以圆弧、曲线、无界界面重构空间秩序，无拘束，不束缚，交织出柔和质感，圆弧穹顶加无界设计打破空间桎梏，消解传统空间的棱角与边界，同时也是舒适感的灵魂，柔和的曲线牵引视线自在游弋，消解吊顶压迫感的同时，让开阔感满溢整个空间，真正实现“随性而居，舒适由心”的生活状态。从生活区到收纳区，动线自由舒展，不必刻意规划，随性漫步间尽是通透与联动。

Spatial form: a flowing free fieldAbandoning the "discipline" of right angles, the space is reconstructed with arcs, curves, and borderless interfaces. Unconstrained and unfettered, they weave a soft texture. The arc dome and borderless design break the shackles of space, dissolving the edges and boundaries of traditional space. It is also the soul of comfort. Soft curves guide the eye freely, dispelling the oppressive feeling of the ceiling while allowing a sense of openness to overflow throughout the space, truly realizing a state of living "casually, comfort from the heart." From the living area to the storage area, the flow of movement is free and unrestrained, eliminating the need for deliberate planning. A casual stroll is filled with transparency and connection.

客厅L型沙发可自由拆分组合：独处时蜷成“岛屿”，聚会时舒展为“社交场”，让使用方式 “随性生长”。

客厅穹顶暗藏线性光带，如破晓天光漫射，消解明暗反差，让眼睛告别疲惫。

The L-shaped sofa in the living room can be freely divided and combined: curl up into an "island" when alone, and stretch into a "social field" when gathering, so that the way of use can be "grown casually".

细节留白：不完美里的随性哲学

摒弃“满溢式设计”，借助自然生长的细节传递松弛美学；客厅中孤植保留原生姿态，未经过度修剪的枝桠就像是空间的“呼吸孔”，为整个环境带来一种宁静与和谐的美感。

Blank details: A Philosophy of Casualness in Imperfection

Abandoning overly overflowing design, the design instead embraces a relaxed aesthetic through naturally grown details. The solitary plant in the living room retains its natural form, its untrimmed branches acting as "breathing holes" in the space, lending a sense of tranquility and harmony to the entire environment.

餐厅将开放式收纳与艺术展示融合，器物陈列如私人策展，晨起拿取餐具、午后赏玩藏品，皆成日常松弛的注脚。

The restaurant combines open storage with art display, and the display of objects is like a private exhibition. Picking up tableware in the morning and admiring the collection in the afternoon have become footnotes to daily relaxation.

使用哑光玻璃，以“低反光+细腻触感”，让 “高级”不再冰冷，而是可触碰的舒适。

The use of matte glass with "low reflection + delicate touch" makes "high-end" no longer cold, but comfortable and tactile.

餐厅吊灯以“软云”形态垂坠，柔光晕染用餐氛围，将仪式感化作日常松弛。

The restaurant's chandeliers hang in the form of "soft clouds", creating a soft atmosphere for dining and transforming the sense of ritual into daily relaxation.

柜体藏露平衡，睡前阅读灯、晨起收纳区……所有功能都以“隐形设计”服务于 “放松”的核心命题。

The cabinet body has a balanced combination of concealment and exposure, with a reading light before bed and a storage area in the morning...all functions are designed with "invisible design" to serve the core theme of "relaxation".

纱帘滤过的自然光，与夜灯的星芒呼应，昼夜交替间，光影如同为空间注入 “呼吸感” —— 松弛，本就是时间的礼物。

The natural light filtered by the gauze curtains echoes the starlight of the night lights. As day and night alternate, light and shadow seem to inject a "sense of breathing" into the space - relaxation is the gift of time.

卧室床品随性叠放、挂画简约留白，如同生活痕迹的自然沉淀。

The bedding in the bedroom is stacked casually and the paintings are simple and left blank, just like the natural sedimentation of traces of life.

每一处“不规整”的陈设，都在诉说：高端居所的奢侈，是放任自己“随性而为”，在不刻意的布局里，攫取当下满溢的松弛。

Every irregular furnishing tells the story: the luxury of a high-end residence is to let yourself "act spontaneously" and to capture the overflowing relaxation of the moment in an unpretentious layout.

结语：

遵从空间从来都是服务于人的概念，让设计从心出发，尊重感受、尊重所需、尊重生活。利用每一寸空间取悦自己，以居住的松弛感，找回真实的自己，回归自我，悦己为王，领略家的新奢主义。
